JOB OPPORTUNITY – Wales Hub and Operations Lead

Skateboard GB is seeking a part-time-time Hub and Operations Lead for Wales.  This is a new role which with be employed by Skateboard GB.

The Wales Hub and Operations Lead will possess the coaching skills and vision to create, shape and lead an effective pathway in the Olympic skateboarding disciplines of Street and Park. Their role will help identify, develop, inspire, and support talented Welsh skaters. They will encourage a development environment that focuses on long-term success and act as a positive ambassador for SBGB. As well as the above, the successful candidate will support the growth and development of skateboard coaches and skateboard coaching in Wales, in addition to organizing events and competitions to support the talented skateboarders.

Package

• Salary: £12,000 per annum
• Holidays: Pro rata 25 days per year plus statutory days.
• Contract: Fixed term, two-year contract. Part time, two days per week.

Base

• Home based, with occasional UK-wide travel.
• Weekly delivery to take place at Spit & Sawdust Skatepark in Cardiff
